How does it work?

• Students pre-register for the fair online. This produces a barcode they print and bring with them to the event. Select venues also have kiosks available on site for late registrants.
• As the students visit college and university tables, college admissions representatives have a hand-held device to scan the barcode and capture the student data. The college reps have complete discretion over whom they choose to scan.
• Within 2-3 days of the fair college representatives receive an excel spreadsheet via email with all the information that was captured on fair day. No more entering all those cards!
